Licence and refund terms.

1. What you are buying

You are buying one downloadable PDF copy of Writing IQ/OQ Test Protocols by Niall O'Rourke. The current product is a 27-page educational guide with worked IQ/OQ examples and a reusable blank test-script structure. It is not a site-specific approved protocol, legal advice or a substitute for your organisation's procedures and quality system.

2. Licence

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to read, store and print the PDF for your own professional use. You may adapt the example and blank test scripts for work performed by you and for internal use within your organisation.

You may not resell, sublicense, publish, upload, share or redistribute the PDF, the private access link, or substantially complete copies of the ebook. Adapted test scripts may be included in your own internal project documentation, but the ebook itself may not be placed in a shared library or supplied to another person or organisation without written permission.

3. Immediate digital delivery

Before payment, you must expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right to cancel once you start downloading the PDF. The acknowledgement is not preselected. A private access link is shown after confirmed payment and sent to the email address used at Stripe Checkout.

4. Cancellation and refunds

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may ask to cancel within 14 days of purchase before you start downloading the PDF. Once downloading begins after your express request for immediate delivery, the change-of-mind cancellation right is lost.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If the PDF is faulty, inaccessible or materially different from its description, contact us so we can provide a working or corrected copy. Where the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or refund. We may also refund an accidental duplicate purchase.

5. Access and downloads

Access links are private, time-limited and usage-limited. If a legitimate link expires, you can request a replacement through the purchase-access page. Access may be revoked following a refund, payment dispute, misuse or material breach of this licence.

6. Responsibility for use

You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any example before use, applying your own organisation's approved procedures, and obtaining the required review and approval. No particular validation, regulatory or project outcome is guaranteed.

7. Support and refund requests

Email support@niallorourke.com using the address entered at checkout. Include the purchase date and a short description of the issue; do not send card details or private access links.
